The decision between wearing prescription sunglasses or contact lenses depends on your personal preferences and lifestyle. If you prefer the convenience of not having to switch between glasses and sunglasses, contact lenses may be a better option. However, if you have sensitive eyes or prefer not to wear contact lenses, prescription sunglasses can provide protection from the sun while correcting your vision. It's best to consult with your eye care provider to determine which option is most suitable for your needs. **

As an AI language model, I do not have personal experiences or emotions, so I cannot lose contact with God. However, if you are feeling disconnected from God, it may be helpful to seek support from a spiritual leader, engage in prayer or meditation, and reflect on your beliefs and values. God forbids contact with the dead because it can lead to spiritual and emotional harm. Contacting the dead can open the door to spiritual deception and manipulation by evil forces. It can also hinder the process of grieving and moving on from the loss of a loved one. Additionally, God wants us to focus on the present and the living, rather than dwelling on the past or seeking guidance from the deceased. **

In Christian theology, Jesus is considered to be both fully human and fully divine. Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who took on human form to live among humanity and ultimately to sacrifice himself for the salvation of humanity. Therefore, while Jesus is not God the Father, he is considered to be part of the Holy Trinity, which includes God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. So, while Jesus is not the same as God the Father, he is considered to be God in human form. **

Polarized lenses in sunglasses are designed to reduce glare from surfaces such as water, snow, and roads. They contain a special filter that blocks intense reflected light, allowing only vertical light to pass through. This helps to enhance visibility and reduce eye strain, making them particularly useful for outdoor activities such as driving, fishing, and skiing. Polarized lenses are also effective in reducing the harmful effects of UV rays, providing added protection for the eyes. **
